1.The warranty period of all products is one year.
2. Maintenance Service
① Service Condition
After receiving the notice of instrument failure from customers, our customers service staff will rely the customers by telephone, fax, E-mail or other ways within one hour. If it cannot be solved ,the instrument will be returned back to our factory for repair.
② Maintenance Expense
During the warranty period, without artificial damage, if find the quality problem of products, we will provide the free repair and parts replacement.
③ Calibration Expense
This instrument should be returned back the factory for calibration annually, in order to guaranty the precision.
